Well, employers receive 100+ resumes for each job posted and they will take 10 seconds (or less) to decide if your resume has the qualifications they are looking for. When employers post a job opening that means they have a “problem” or a business need. Your resume should readily show them how your qualifications and experience can solve their problem. If you only had 10 seconds to sell yourself on your resume, how would you convince the hiring manager that you can solve their problem?

Resume/CV restructuring is most successful when you provide a copy of your current resume/CV and a specific job opening you’re targeting. If you don’t have a current resume, no worries! DBPC can develop one for you. After the initial consultation and payment is made, you will be sent a rough draft of your document. You will communicate through email or schedule a follow-up consultation to complete your document (up to 2 revisions within 7 days).
