What if I can’t make my scheduled appointment, group session, or training course?

For individual appointments, you can just reschedule to another date. For group sessions or training courses, please send an email to support@dbprofessionalconcepts.com. All sales are final, but your funds can typically be transferred to another product or services at the discretion of DBPC.

What free consultations do you offer?

DBPC offers free 15-minute consultations for resume restructuring and bio development.

How long would it take to restructure my resume or bio?

Typically, resume restructuring or bio development can be completed within 7 - 10 business days. However, it depends on what specifically needs to be done and how many clients are being assisted at the same time. It also depends on the full cooperation by the client to submit all requested information in a timely manner.

After my resume or bio is completed, how long do I have to make revisions?

After your final document is submitted to you, you can make up to 2 revisions within 2 weeks. After that, you will have to pay a $60 resume update fee.

Do I really need a cover letter?

It depends on if the job you are applying for requires it. Some hiring managers say that they never look at cover letters and others say they always read them. DBPC recommends having a cover letter template that can be easily tweaked just in case you need one.
